This booklet is an extended Executive Summary of some of the research conducted by the NRCCTE at the University of Minnesota during its seven years and ten months of existence. The booklet does not attempt to summarize all of our research. It focuses on those studies that examined the contributions that CTE can make to improve the high school experience and transition to postsecondary education and employment of young people.
