Abstract:
Larry Warford is the director of the College and Career Transitions Initiative, or CCTI, which is led by the League for Innovation in the Community College, and funded by the office of vocational and adult education in the US Department of Education. CCTI is designed to facilitate and expand promising college and career transition strategies.
